Which equipment qualifies for the 5% rate?
The 5% rate applies to enrolled semi-truck equipment such as dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks and power-only units, as confirmed in signed Exhibit A.
Which equipment uses the 7% rate?
The 7% rate applies to enrolled box trucks, hotshots, cargo vans and sprinter vans, as confirmed in signed Exhibit A.
Does the carrier still approve every load?
Yes. Pricing does not change the carrier-directed workflow. The carrier retains final approval of load decisions.
How are reimbursed accessorial amounts handled?
Reimbursed pass-through/accessorial amounts are handled according to the signed Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement and may be excluded from the percentage fee when the agreement provides for that treatment.
When is the dispatch invoice due?
The payment deadline is governed by the signed agreement and the invoice terms issued by Runash.
